Your Claude, But With a Brain That Compounds

A persistent knowledge vault that makes your Claude smarter every session.
Plus the compiled intelligence of every other user, weighted to your context.

How we got here: Knowledge Flywheel Spec · Steelman · Thesis · Intelligence Hub

The Problem

Every Claude session starts from scratch. You explain your business, your context, your goals — again. The brilliant analysis from Tuesday's session? Gone by Thursday. The pattern you noticed across three client calls? Not connected to anything. Your Claude is smart in the moment and amnesiac by default.

Meanwhile, 500 other people in your industry are having similar conversations with Claude. Each one independently discovering the same insights, making the same mistakes, finding the same solutions. None of that collective experience is available to you. Everyone pays full tuition alone.

What This Is

A knowledge vault that connects to your Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol). Everything you work on gets compiled — decisions, outcomes, patterns, research — into persistent, structured knowledge. Your Claude reads it before every response.

Session 1: Claude knows nothing about you. Normal.

Session 10: Claude has 10 sessions of compiled context. It remembers what you decided, what worked, what didn't.

Session 50: Claude has deep institutional knowledge about your business. It connects dots across months of work you've forgotten about.

And as other users join, their anonymized patterns flow to you — weighted by how relevant their context is to yours. Not "here's what 50 people did." Instead: "businesses like yours (B2B consulting, solo, $10-50K deals) saw these patterns. Here's the distribution."

How It Works (Technically)

YOUR CLAUDE (your machine, your subscription)
  │
│ MCP connection (one config file, 30 seconds to set up)
  │
  ▼
YOUR KNOWLEDGE VAULT (hosted by us, multi-tenant, isolated)
  │
├── Your compiled sessions (auto — every session gets compiled)
├── Your compiled outcomes (what worked, what didn't)
├── Your compiled patterns (across weeks and months)
  │
├── Community patterns (anonymized, bridge-weighted to YOUR context)
│ "12 businesses in your vertical found that X approach
  │ outperformed Y by 2.3x. Here's the distribution."
  │
└── Training Agent (a skill loaded in your Claude)
"Your outreach response rate dropped. Based on your vault
+ community patterns, here's what similar businesses changed."

Your GUI is Claude. You don't learn a new tool. You don't log into a dashboard. You use Claude exactly like you already do — it's just smarter now because it has a persistent, compiled brain connected via MCP.

This is reactive, not agentic. Your Claude doesn't run 24/7 doing things on its own. It's your assistant — but an assistant with institutional memory and community intelligence. If you want automation later, the Training Agent teaches you how to set it up yourself.

What You Get

The Knowledge Vault

A private, persistent knowledge graph. Everything your Claude sessions produce gets compiled — not as chat logs, but as structured, interlinked articles. Concepts, connections, patterns, filed Q&A. Your vault is isolated. Nobody sees your raw data. You can export it anytime.

Six Skills

Markdown files you drop into your Claude Code (or connect via MCP to Claude.ai). Each one reads from and writes to your vault.

SkillWhat It Does
Content CompilerGenerates content from your context. Compiles what performs. Over time learns what YOUR audience responds to.
Lead ResearcherMonitors your industry. Surfaces opportunities. Compiles patterns: which signals actually convert for businesses like yours.
Outreach WriterWrites personalized outreach. Compiles response rates by approach. Shows you the distribution, not just "best practice."
Knowledge BuilderAuto-compiles your sessions into structured articles. The second brain that actually maintains itself.
Weekly DigestReads your compiled knowledge. Produces "what happened, what changed, what to focus on next."
Training AgentTeaches you to get more from all five above. Gets smarter from everyone's improvement outcomes. Your support team that never sleeps.

Community Intelligence

Anonymized, bridge-weighted patterns from other users. Not raw data — compiled distributions. "Here's the spread of outcomes for users in your context." You see what worked, what failed, and what the outliers tried differently.

This is the deal: your anonymized patterns contribute to the community. That's what makes your Training Agent better than generic ChatGPT — it draws from real compiled experiments, not internet averages. If you're not comfortable with anonymized pattern sharing, this isn't the right product. No hard feelings.

Why This Is Different

Template Agent Agencies

Pre-built agent configs you could build yourself. Copy/paste. Same on day 1 and day 180. When you leave, you lose nothing — because you had nothing unique.

This

Knowledge infrastructure that compounds. Day 180, your Claude has 6 months of compiled institutional memory + community intelligence you can't get anywhere else. When you leave, you lose the compiled brain.

Beta: The Founding Cohort

BETA LIMITED SEATS

Free for 6 months. First cohort only.

The Knowledge Flywheel — the community intelligence layer — needs users to work. Without real compiled experiments, it's just a personal knowledge vault (still useful, but not the full vision). We need founding users to seed it.

The deal:

What we ask in return:

Why Free, Why Now

Month 1-3: You get a personal knowledge vault. Claude has persistent memory across sessions. That alone is useful — but it's not the full product yet.
Month 3-6: With 15+ active users, community patterns start emerging. Bridge-weighting becomes meaningful. Your Training Agent pulls from real compiled experiments, not just your own.
→ Month 6: We look at usage data. Who uses it daily? Who queries weekly? What features matter? The data tells us what the tiers are and what they're worth.
→ Month 7+: Your price locks. The product keeps compounding. New users pay current value. You pay founding value. Both are fair.

Who We're Looking For

This isn't "first 15 who sign up." We're selecting for active users who will generate real compilation data:

What We Host vs What You Bring

We Host (Shared Infrastructure)You Bring
Knowledge Fabric Service — your private vaultClaude Max or Pro subscription ($20/mo) — yours
The Loom — compilation pipeline that structures your sessionsYour machine — Claude Code runs locally
Bridge-weighting — community pattern matchingOR Claude.ai in browser — MCP connects to your vault
That's it. Two services. One codebase. All clients. That's it. Claude + our MCP config.

We don't host your agents. We don't run automations for you. We don't integrate your CRM. We host your KNOWLEDGE. Your Claude connects to it. What you do with it is up to you — and the Training Agent helps you figure that out.

Honest Caveats

What we tell you upfront

  1. This is a beta. We're building the infrastructure (The Loom, KFS) right now. It works for our own use (Forge). We believe it works for others. We haven't proven it at scale yet. That's what the beta is for.
  2. Month 1 is personal compilation only. Community patterns need ~15-20 active users to be meaningful. Until then, you're getting a persistent knowledge vault for your Claude — genuinely useful, but not the full Flywheel.
  3. The Training Agent is as good as the compiled data it reads. Early on, it has less to draw from. By month 6 with 15+ users, it should be dramatically better. We'll be transparent about what stage it's in.
  4. We show distributions, not guarantees. "Businesses like yours see X results" means "here's the spread — including the failures." We don't cherry-pick success stories. You get the real picture.
  5. Self-serve by design. This is infrastructure access, not an agency. If you need someone to build custom agents for you, configure your CRM, or hold weekly strategy calls — that's not what this is. The Training Agent handles most questions. For everything else, there's the community Discord.
  6. If the Flywheel thesis doesn't prove out in 6 months, we'll tell you. If compiled community patterns don't produce measurably better outcomes, we won't pretend they do. You'll still have a useful personal knowledge vault. But we won't charge for a community layer that isn't delivering.

The Build

ComponentStatus
Knowledge Fabric Service (vault infrastructure)Production — running, 80% complete
The Loom (compilation pipeline)Building — Phase 1 in progress, ~4 weeks to full pipeline
Multi-tenant API keysDesigned — in build queue
6 skill filesSpec'd — ~4 hours to write
MCP config templateNot started — 30 minutes
Onboarding pageNot started — 30 minutes

We're dogfooding this on our own infrastructure (Forge) before offering it to anyone. If it doesn't make OUR Claude meaningfully better, we don't ship it.

Interested?

If this sounds like something you'd use — not as a novelty, but as a daily tool — reach out. We're selecting the founding cohort now. The bar is active Claude usage and willingness to contribute feedback for 6 months.

No pitch call. No demo. We'll send you the MCP config, the skills, and the onboarding doc. You'll know within a week if this makes your Claude noticeably smarter. If it doesn't, walk away. It's free.

Your Claude, but it remembers everything
and learns from everyone.
